We’ll break into smaller groups to discuss in greater detail the results of the crowdsourcing session. You are encouraged to join in and even lead the conversation alongside a JLLT facilitator. You and your peers will discuss how technology is paving the way for intelligent, dynamic, and future-ready workplaces—ones that nurture a healthy and productive workforce and help your organizations attract and retain the best talent. All group members are encouraged to share their thoughts and experiences in this small group setting.
This cofacilitated buildings and facilities focused session will pair an attendee leader with a JLLT leader to facilitate an open conversation about the challenges and opportunities facing the operations and management of buildings and facilities.
We’ll break into smaller groups to discuss in greater detail the results of the crowdsourcing session. You are encouraged to join in and even lead the conversation alongside a JLLT facilitator. You and your peers will discuss how technology is paving the way for automated, efficient, and sustainable building operations—ones that are better aligned to their use, add value to the built environment, minimize the impact on the environment, and maximize returns. All group members are encouraged to share their thoughts and experiences in this small group setting.
For the final session of the day, we’ll come back together to highlight the outcomes of the leadership exchanges and discuss how to build and deliver a technology strategy to transform your organization’s real estate operations. You’ll hear from CRE and Technology leaders who have delivered practical leadership and outcomes through strategic partnerships across all industries.
We’ll hear how there’s no panacea when it comes to solving problems and affecting and managing change when applying CRE technology to your organization. Rather, successful CRE technology strategies require a plan that is underscored by the right people and processes to execute it, starting with tailored programming, sponsorship, and leadership.
To close out the afternoon you and your peers will be able to experience some of the technologies driving intelligent real estate in our JLLT technology showcase.
